Mr. Feng holds a Master of Business Administration, who grows with the Country Garden Group since 2006. During the years, Mr. Feng served as Customer Service Manager, Property Manager, Regional Quality Manager, Area Director and Business Development Director in Country Garden. He possesses experience in property management and business development. He led the team to achieve the 2019 Country Garden National "Gold Medal Value Award”, "Star of Glory Award", "The National Award for Outstanding Contribution” and delivers the excellence results.

Mr. Chan, a corporate member of the Chartered Institute of Housing, holds a professional diploma in Real Estate Administration and in Housing Management from the University of Hong Kong. He possesses over 30 years of experiences in property management of residential properties and commercial buildings in Hong Kong.

Mr. Garson Lee, registered Professional Housing Manager and a professional facility manager of the Hong Kong Institute of Facility Management, holds PMSA PMP (Tier 1) licence. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Wollongong, N.S.W, Australia and Professional Diploma in Housing Management from HKU SPACE as well. He possesses over 20 years of experiences in property management of large-scale residential estates, commercial buildings and large-scale facilities in Hong Kong
